Usage: 1-2 teaspoons of coriander seeds are boiled in a cup of water, infused for 10 minutes, and 1 cup is drunk after meals.
Usage in the kitchen: In all kinds of onion and sausage dishes. Dolma, game meat, delicatessen, tomatoes, red beans, Circassian chicken (in walnut sauce). It is added to breads, dry biscuits, fruit compotes. (The oil in coriander facilitates the digestion of bakery items and vegetables with seeds.)
Aesthetically: The oil in coriander is used in making perfume, cologne and soap.
Additional Information: Other name: Black cumin. In Algeria, salt, pepper and coriander are mixed in equal amounts and used to preserve meat.
