What Is Pommes Seasoning?

Pommes Seasoning is a mixture prepared to add flavor, especially in french fries and fried chicken, by seasoning the salt a little.
After the potatoes are fried, it is applied to the surface by sprinkling it like salt.
15 grams is used per kg of potatoes.
